  • Cancellation Policy

    We value and respect your time and we ask that you do the same for our Stylists and guests. It is your responsibility to keep track of your scheduled appointments and to arrive on time.

    50% of your service will be charged if your appointment is canceled within 24 hours. No shows (not showing up and not calling to cancel) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We will reschedule any appointment if you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time. A late cancellation fee will be applied in this case.
